An Alsager restaurant has made some changes to its menu to feature food which would not usually be available in a Japanese kitchen.
The Vault has made some temporary additions to its menu in celebration of pie week. Customers have just a few days to try a selection of handmade pies, with flavours including chicken, leek and ham, steak and ale, lamb and mint and steak and stilton.
While the pies will only feature on the Vault’s menu for the next week, the Crewe Road bar and restaurant is transitioning into an international restaurant. This comes after its owner Brad Lancaster sold Caster’s on Lawton Road and he has since confirmed some ‘old school Caster’s classics’ will soon be served at the Vault.
Bosphorus Cheshire, a restaurant and shisha bar, is set to open on the former site of Caster’s, although an official opening date is yet to be announced.
