Drivers will not be charged if they park in Fairview car park after 3pm, despite a sign installed recently failing to mention this.
Cheshire East announced parking charges, earlier this year, for most car parks across the area. These charges begin soon, but Fairview will be free to use outside the hours of 9am-3pm in term time and 8am-3pm when it is not term time.
However, consultations have recently taken place which could see Sunday and evening charges in place in the future.
