A 40-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car on Radway Green Road in Barthomley.
The incident happened at 10:58pm on Saturday June 8.
The 26-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving and was released under investigation.
Inspector Steve Griffiths said: “We’d urge anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision but has not yet spoken to police to contact us. The same goes for anyone who has dashcam or other footage of the collision.”
